Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CHF100 / €100 / GBP.

We currently ship to Switzerland and countries listed above.
Shipping to other regions is not available at this time.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For Customers in Switzerland: all prices are inclusive of Swiss VAT (8.1%).

 

  • For Customers in other countries: Orders are dispatched from Switzerland and are delivered on a Delivered-at-Border (DAP/DDB) basis.

    This means:

    • Prices shown at checkout do not include import VAT

    • Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees are payable by the customer upon delivery

    • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and the shipping carrier and are outside of our control

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
